We're putting our house on the market and we have mountains of stuff to clear out! 

Some of it is trash, some is give away, and some is for sale.  Some is of sentimental value. Frankly, we're more interested in getting

it out of the house, or to the right home, than we are in getting the best price. Price is negotiable and price is optional if someone
